Here's what one pet owner has to say: "My wife and I thank you from the depth of our hearts for giving us dog food each month. The two of us live on only my disability, we are truly poor, but we choose to share our lives with our wonderful dogs. We had the dogs, well, all but one of them, before my disability hit me. So getting rid of a family member was just not an option for us. We would do without food before we gave up any of our "family". Your monthly help has made a HUGE difference in our lives and we just can't thank you enough. God bless." --Steve Evans, Elizabethton
- Cost of the pet food pantry is about $500 per month. Sponsorships are $500, $250, or $175.
Contact 423-437-3850 for details. - Let's keep these pets with their families and
OUT of the shelter!
Support the Unicoi Animal Shelter!!
Sign the petition to get Erwin to reconsider their plan to return to a "dog pound" & consider cats a "nuisance"!!
Pets like Maxine NEED YOU....

When she first came to us, Maxine was pregnant and unable to eat regular food because of her damaged jaw. Maxine's got a loving home now, but there are plenty of pets out there that still need care--everything from
ear mites to major surgery--that their owners
just can't afford.
You can help us keep them with their families
and OUT OF THE SHELTER!!!
Paws of Hope Animal Wellness Center
charges are based on income,
so we NEED your support!
Mike Barnett of Big John's Closeouts donated $1,000, & has challenged others to match it!
Paws of Hope is an income-based full-service vet clinic, located next to Dollar General in Bluff City,
and we already have a long waiting list of pets needing care that their owners can't afford.
Help us keep these pets OUT OF THE SHELTER!!!
We believe that
EVERY animal deserves excellent care
at an affordable price!
