Our Mission
East Tennessee Spay & Neuter (ETSN) is a non-profit corporation.  We provide programs designed to help the community, especially low-income families, keep their pets healthy and OUT of the shelter.

With so many area shelters closing their intakes to needy pets from the public they serve, we understand what it takes to focus on pet retention in those homes. We want all homes to be "fur-ever" homes. Our cohesive programs are designed to do just that.

ETSN is a 501(c)3 nonprofit corporation. We are not affiliated with any clinic, shelter, rescue group, or humane society. We rely on donations, grants, and volunteer support.
